1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 7–14 days of delivery (you may adjust this window).
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
All accessories, manuals, and tags must be intact.
A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) must be provided.
Non-returnable items include:

2. How to Initiate a Return

Ship the item using a traceable courier service.

Note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by BroviaStore.
