1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7–14 days of delivery (you may adjust this window).

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals, and tags must be intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) must be provided.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Used, damaged, or altered products

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable)

  • Customized or personalized items

 


2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email us at support@broviastore.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will respond with approval instructions and the return address.

  3. Ship the item using a traceable courier service.

  4. Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by BroviaStore.

 


3. Refunds

a. Approved Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

b. Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be issued if:

  • The item shows signs of use

  • Packaging or accessories are missing

  • The condition differs from your original claim

c. Rejected Refunds

Your return may be rejected if:

  • The product is used, damaged, or not in its original condition

  • It is returned outside the allowable time frame

  • It is a non-returnable item

In such cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs if they want the item returned.

 


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size

  • Defective items

  • Incorrect products delivered

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or offer a full refund at no extra cost to you.

 


6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible, but you can apply for a return after delivery.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account or payment provider again.

  • Processing times may vary.

  • Contact your bank or card company if needed.
